Trisha Krishnan, popularly known as Trisha, is an Indian actress and model primarily active in South Indian cinema. She began her career as a model, gaining recognition before transitioning to acting with a minor role in the 1999 Tamil film Jodi. Since then, she has starred in over 65 films across various Indian film industries.

Trisha has delivered several acclaimed performances, particularly in Tamil cinema, with notable roles in Ghilli (2004), Something Something… Unakkum Enakkum (2006), Abhiyum Naanum (2008), the romantic drama Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa (2010), and the Malayalam comedy-drama Hey Jude (2018). A two-time Filmfare Award (South) winner for Best Actress, she also received a Special Mention at the Tamil Nadu State Film Awards for her role in Abhiyum Naanum in 2008.
